Michael Stodolka works as an attorney for our Newport Beach office. Mr. Stodolka focuses on personal injury matters, including auto collisions, premises liability, medical malpractice and slip and fall claims in both pre-litigation and litigation. He works closely with clients throughout all stages of a case, providing personal attention and developing case-specific strategies to address the distinct needs and interests of each client.

Profile Whether through the pre-litigation negotiation process or advocating on a client’s behalf in litigation, Mr. Stodolka’s goal is to help clients achieve a maximum recovery for their injuries while aggressively pursuing financial compensation for past medical expenses, future medical care, pain and suffering, and wage loss.

Additionally, Mr. Stodolka is a certified mediator in the state of California. As such, he provides a unique perspective and insight to any mediation proceeding while advocating on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Stodolka resides Orange County where he enjoys spending time with his family and maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys the many recreational activities the area has to offer.
Education Stodolka is a graduate of the Chapman University Fowler School of Law where he honed his advocacy skills, most notably receiving CALI awards in Negotiation and Arbitration courses. Prior to law school, Stodolka earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University in Irvine.
